Pregnancy + Cravings = Lihi
This Morning,
my brother-in-law asked the famous question:
"Anong pinagli-lihi-hian mo?"
with a follow up,
"Ano nang hiningi mo kay Arnel na mahirap ibigay?"
Hmmmm...I don't have a strange craving for anything and/or rather I don't crave for anything strange.
I eat whatever I can have. There are times tho my taste buds dreams of swimming in a pasta from Carmine's, the cupcake heads from Panera, KFC Fish Zinger, Tomato Soup from The Soup Spoon and a big chilli crab from No Signboard, I'm so contented with whatever I can have from around here.
But there is a catch: The menu has to be different everytime.
I like Mom's Tinolang Baka, Kare Kare, or anything that has sabaw.
Just please don't fry a garlic when I'm around. Please, I beg you, just hold it til I leave the place.
If there are times when the table serves fried food, we would rush to Katipunan, Tomas Morato, UP Diliman and Eastwood when we're in Sikatuna, or Festival Mall, Tagaytay or anything from Putatan when we're in Muntinlupa.
And the search is on for World Dishes. Japanese, Indian, Greek, Chinese, Persian, and of course Italian. I love cheese + red sauce.

I'm a great fan of Papang's Crispy Tilapia. I am the #1 fan. This dates back to October 2007. It was the first meal I had with the De Silos'. Since then, they would feed me fried Tilapia. I would be so happy to have it for breakfast-lunch-dinner. It's actually something I look forward to when I know we would eat in Muntinlupa.
Things changed when I got buntis. I hated the smell of fried tilapia. I can't even stand the sight of it.
Then I discovered Papang's Bistek. It goes oh so well with cream cheese!!!

I choose not to give Arnel a hardtime coz he never gave me a hardtime, ever.
So what do I crave? I think, I just crave for Arnel. I don't really care if it's Japanese, Indian, Greek, Chinese, Persian or Italian, as long as I'm having it with him, Everything's A-OK.
